Overview

My mother inspired my love of gardening from a young age.  As a florist, she has always impressed me with her extensive knowledge of plants and her natural green thumb.  With my dad's help, she makes a beautiful garden each year, usually with the goal of making salsa and marinara sauce in mind.  My parents introduced me to the straw bale gardening method a few years ago, and this year will be my third year of gardening in straw bales.  I'm excited to get started and share how it goes!
